UiPath Test Automation Lead

Role Summary

We are looking for a UiPath Test Automation Lead with 7-9 years of QA/Test Automation experience to lead enterprise test automation initiatives. The role involves technical leadership, automation strategy, delivery ownership, framework design, CI/CD integration, governance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and adoption of UiPath Test Cloud / Test Suite.
- Own automation strategy, architecture, planning, execution, and release readiness.
- Design and develop scalable, reusable UiPath test automation frameworks.
- Automate web, desktop, API, and enterprise applications.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
- Manage test execution, environments, test data, reporting, and automation stability.
- Define automation standards, governance, coverage metrics, and quality KPIs.
- Troubleshoot automation failures and improve reliability and regression efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and guide automation engineers.
- Collaborate with QA, Development, Product, Business, and DevOps teams in Agile environments.
- Support presales, RFPs, POCs, demos, estimations, and solution design.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted and agentic test automation, including Autopilot for Testers, AI-driven test generation, self-healing automation,



and intelligent regression optimization.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation.
- Robust hands-on experience with UiPath Test Cloud / Test Suite.
- Expertise in UiPath Web Automation, Testing Activities, Orchestrator, APIs, and Integration Services.
- Strong knowledge of .NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL, and JSON.
- Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
- Experience in web, desktop, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, QA methodologies, and Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with cloud-based test execution and enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- UiPath Automation Developer / Test Automation certification.
- UiPath Test Architect Professional certification
- Experience with Automation CoE setup or governance.
- Knowledge of Java/Python.
- Experience with performance, security, or accessibility testing.

Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted / agentic testing and Autopilot for Testers.
