Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Working Days: 6 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student queries and provide program support.
- Coordinate with students for onboarding and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth student engagement and retention.
- Maintain student records and track progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Customer-focused and proactive attitude.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years’ experience can apply.
