Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) motor insurance products through dealerships.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at dealerships, understanding their needs and preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials, training programs, and product offerings that meet the unique requirements of dealerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform data-driven business decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in general insurance industry with a focus on motor insurance or related fields such as dealership management.
- Strong knowledge of OEMs' policies, procedures, and regulations governing their operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities.
