We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Manager to join our team.

? Position

Real Estate Manager / Sales Manager

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the real estate sales team

• Generate and convert property sales leads

• Handle buyers, investors, brokers & channel partners

• Develop and maintain client relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Manage site visits, negotiations and follow-ups

• Build and expand broker/channel partner networks

• Coordinate with marketing and digital marketing teams

• Monitor sales pipeline and team performance

• Prepare sales reports and MIS for management

• Support project sales and business development activities





✅ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Sales preferred

• Experience in team handling and target achievement

• Solid communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent client relationship management

• Good knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market

• Ability to handle field sales and site visits

• Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel will be an advantage
