Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real-estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, handling property inquiries, explaining available projects, and generating leads.
- ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Handle incoming property inquiries and respond professionally.
- Explain property/project details, pricing, location, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Schedule property/site visits.
- Maintain customer and lead information.
- Coordinate with the sales team and update them about interested clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite speaking style.
- Basic knowledge of computers/CRM is preferred.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Real-estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
