- Job Description – Data Entry & Operations ExecutiveHandle daily Data Entry and Back Office Operations of the firm.
- Enter and update customer and business-related data accurately in the system and Excel.
- Manage Billing, Invoices, Orders, and Payment-related records.
- Handle Customer Follow-ups regarding orders, documents, payments, and other requirements.
- Prepare Quotations, Bills, Invoices, Documents, and Printouts as required.
- Check, arrange, print, pack, and keep documents/orders ready for delivery.
- Coordinate with customers and the delivery team for timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain proper records of Orders, Sales, Billing, Customers, and Daily Operations.
- Follow up on Pending Orders, Payments, and Customer Requirements.
- Maintain proper Filing, Documentation, and Record Keeping.
- Use MS Excel, MS Office, and other computer applications for daily work.
- Support the firm's day-to-day Business Operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide support to other departments/sections whenever there is a higher work requirement or workload,



as per the firm's system and operational requirements.
- Be flexible to handle additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the management, according to the firm's working system.
- Coordinate with different sections/departments to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accuracy, discipline, confidentiality, and time management while performing assigned duties.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers and team members.
- Contribute to the smooth and productive functioning of the firm's overall Business & Operations.
