We are looking for freshers who are enthusiastic about building a career in international recruitment and business development. The role involves onboarding new B2B recruitment partners and managing relationships with existing partners to support international hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new B2B recruitment partners and expand the partner network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing recruitment partners.
- Coordinate with partners to understand and fulfil international recruitment requirements.
- Share job requirements and ensure timely candidate sourcing through partner agencies.
- Follow up with partners and candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Achieve assigned monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, candidate submissions, and recruitment activities.
