We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Collection Team Leaders to join our growing team.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of collection executives

• Drive collection performance and achieve monthly targets

• Monitor team productivity, portfolio performance and daily collections

• Conduct regular team huddles, coaching and performance reviews

• Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer-related issues

• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and compliance guidelines





• Track field/telecalling collection activities and provide regular MIS updates

? Candidate Profile

✅ Prior experience in Collections / Recovery / Telecalling / Banking / NBFC

✅ Team handling experience preferred

✅ Solid communication and people-management skills

✅ Target-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities

✅ Candidates with relevant collection leadership experience are encouraged to apply
