Job Responsibilities:





- Lead, manage, and motivate the life insurance telecalling/sales team.
- Set daily and monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Guide team members on customer handling, product explanation, and sales conversion.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, lead generation, and conversion activities.
- Provide regular coaching and support to improve team productivity.
- Track individual and team performance and prepare reports.
- Ensure achievement of business and sales targets.
- Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer-related issues.
- Maintain proper CRM updates and ensure adherence to company processes.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in Life Insurance, Insurance Sales, Telecalling, or Team Handling.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
