CIVIL SITE ENGINEER

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction activities across two or more project sites located within approximately a 30 km radius. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at multiple project sites.
- Regularly visit and coordinate 2 or more sites within a 30 km radius.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, skilled workers, suppliers, architects, and consultants.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at site.
- Verify dimensions, levels, quantities, and site measurements.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, measurements, and other required documentation.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely delivery to avoid delays.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate inspections and obtain necessary approvals from consultants/management.




- Ensure compliance with construction safety practices and site discipline.
- Report project progress, issues, delays, and requirements to the management regularly.
- Coordinate activities between multiple sites and prioritize work based on project requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant site experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of residential/commercial construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and service drawings.
- Good knowledge of quantity measurement, estimation, and basic billing.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple sites.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites within approximately 30 km.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
