About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to join our real estate team in Sector-46, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, building client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to boost property sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for residential/commercial real estate projects
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and industry trends
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, property launches, and events
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media, online listings, and advertising




- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and closures professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the local Gurgaon real estate market preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Own vehicle preferred for client visits (if applicable)
