- Financial Cross-Selling: Pitch extra financial services such as insurance, loans, or specific financial products.
- Relationship Management: Revisit existing merchants to solve technical queries, support device maintenance, and retain customers.
- Market Intelligence: Gather regular feedback from business owners and report on competitor strategies in your assigned territory
