Salary: Salary – Negotiable/As per Experience

- Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage nursing staff and daily nursing activities.
- Ensure proper patient care and maintain nursing standards.
- Prepare duty rosters and coordinate shift management.
- Monitor medication administration, documentation, and patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
- Handle staff-related issues and ensure smooth functioning of the nursing department.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.

Requirements:

✔ GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

✔ Valid Nursing Registration

✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant hospital experience

✔ Valuable communication and leadership skills

✔ Candidates with supervisory/incharge experience preferred
