About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduates to join as Graduate Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to site execution, design coordination, and project management, laying a strong foundation for a career in civil engineering and construction.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day site supervision and monitoring of construction activities
- Support preparation of drawings, BOQs, and material estimates
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure work progresses as per schedule
- Assist in quality control and adherence to safety standards on site
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation
- Support senior engineers in project planning and scheduling
- Learn and apply relevant IS codes,



construction standards, and best practices
- Participate in site measurements, surveys, and quantity take-offs
- Assist with billing and contractor bill verification
- Eligibility CriteriaB.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2025/2026 passing out batch, or as applicable)
- Minimum [60%/CGPA equivalent] throughout academics
- No active backlogs at the time of joining
- Willingness to work on-site/across project locations
- Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of AutoCAD, and/or STAAD Pro, Revit (preferred)
- Understanding of construction materials, methods, and IS codes
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic site environment
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Word
