Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives
About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating with candidates for various recruitment requirements across IT and non-IT roles.
This is a hands-on recruitment role where you will work closely with our recruitment team and clients to identify suitable candidates and move them through the hiring process.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary expectations and other requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening of candidates.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the recruitment team/client.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback and joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in Recruit Software/ ATS.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up regularly on submitted profiles and interview status.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain proper documentation and status updates for all candidates.

- Ability to speak confidently with candidates.
- Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to use job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Willingness to learn ATS/recruitment technology such as Zoho Recruit.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
