KRA's:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers/professionals and generate new business opportunities.
- Connect with professionals, understand their requirements and effectively communicate our products/services.
- Handle cold calling, lead follow-ups and professional sign-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular communication.
- Convert leads into successful sign-ups and contribute directly to business growth.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and overall performance.
