Job Description – MIS & SAP Reporting Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS & SAP Reporting Executive to manage daily operational data, SAP transactions, Excel-based MIS, client reporting, reconciliation and invoicing for our warehouse, logistics and packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update SAP and Excel records for GRN, stock inward/outward, dispatches, shipments and inventory.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Daily Packaging Reports and other operational MIS reports.
- Maintain records of bulk-to-finished cargo conversion, packing, deductions, bag damages, shortages and wastages.
- Ensure all operational data is accurately updated and reported on a same-day basis.
- Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly reports to management and clients.
- Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, operations and accounts teams for accurate data collection.
- Prepare client-wise stock statements,



reconciliation and monthly closing reports.
- Assist in invoice generation, billing data preparation and verification.
- Identify discrepancies in stock, production, dispatch and operational records and highlight them to management.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy, traceability and timely reporting.

Required Skills

- Strong Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP reporting/data entry.
- Good understanding of inventory, GRN, dispatch, warehouse and packaging operations.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Positive communication and professional email-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily time-sensitive reporting.

Preferred: Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, packaging or supply-chain operations.
