Job DescriptionWe are hiring Female Inside Sales Executives / Solution Specialist Executives to join our sales team in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore.

Freshers with good communication skills and candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience are welcome to apply.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct product demonstrations and explain solutions to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain timely communication.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Support the complete sales process from lead follow-up to conversion.
- Skills & QualificationsGraduation in BBA / B.Com / Any Degree.
- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interest in Sales and Customer Engagement.




- Basic understanding of IT / Software concepts.
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
