- Experience in PF, ESI, Compliance, Payroll, Attendance Management, Recruitment, Statutory Compliance, and HR Operations will be preferred
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandling recruitment and onboarding activities
- Managing employee attendance and leave records
- Processing PF, ESI, Labour Compliance, and other statutory compliances
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Assisting in payroll processing and coordination
- Liaising with government departments regarding compliance matters




- Handling employee queries and HR operations
- Supporting performance management and employee engagement activities
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
- SalaryFreshers: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹28,000 per month (depending on experience, compliance knowledge, and interview performance)
