Profile: Business Development Executive

About the job

This position requires an in-depth knowledge of SMS/VOICE based solutions or services. The position

also requires knowledge of legacy Bulk SMS, tariffs, and pricing. Must have the ability to research and

develop customers for the SMS market. The Enterprise Sales assumes customer liaison and project

lead through the solution development, implementation and life cycle management of the

product/service developed to meet the business customers- evolving needs.

Skills:

* Good Communication Skills.

* Should have knowledge about market.

* Prospecting for new clients and acquiring new customer, New business development

* Should have ability to convince the client.

* Developing market strategy, Sales strategy, generating and closing deals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the initial configuration of all regulated and deregulated products and services,





which may require written proposals or product demonstrations

* Manage contract negotiations and work with the legal team as required.

* Working knowledge of the Enterprise Industry (Bulk SMS/Whatsapp SMS/IVR Services/Voice

Calls)

* Solid presentation skills are required, both in person and via teleconference or videoconference.

* Strong listening and analytical skills are required to determine customer needs and requests.

* Must be knowledgeable about company capabilities within the limitations of budget and

workforce skills to represent what we can offer fairly

* Must be knowledgeable in evolving telecommunications terminology and technology.

Knowledgeable of company service offerings.
