Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and skilled Multi-Cuisine Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes across different cuisines while maintaining excellent taste, presentation, hygiene, and food quality standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a wide variety of dishes as per the restaurant/hotel menu.
- Handle Indian, Continental, Chinese and other multi-cuisine preparations as required.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Follow recipes, cooking methods, and food preparation standards.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items and ingredients.
- Check the quality and freshness of raw materials before use.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food service.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.




- Assist in menu planning and introducing recent dishes when required.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of kitchen equipment.
- Work efficiently during busy service hours and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Required Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Multi-Cuisine Chef in a hotel, restaurant, café, or similar establishment.
- Good knowledge of multiple cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Creative approach towards food presentation and preparation.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.

Experience2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Preferred CandidateA disciplined, hardworking, and passionate chef who can maintain consistent food quality and efficiently manage kitchen operations during peak hours.
