Job Description: Sales / Business Development Executive (Mining Sector)

Location: Jaipur (with travel across India to expend company Business)

Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing, or Business Management.

Experience: 1 to 15+ years of relevant experience in B2B industrial sales, mining equipment, minerals/aggregates, heavy machinery, or capital equipment industries

The Role We are seeking a results-driven and commercially savvy MBA Sales Professional to spearhead our market expansion, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth for our mining.

The role involves high-value B2B negotiations, handling strategic institutional clients, and expanding our market share across regional mining hubs.

Responsibilities :

Business Development: Identify new commercial mining contracts, institutional clients, and industrial buyers for minerals, aggregates, or mining machinery.

Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with large mining operators, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Commercial Negotiations: Lead end-to-end contract management, bidding processes,



pricing negotiations, and finalization of high-value corporate deals.

Intelligence: Monitor regional competitor pricing, industry trends, and regulatory changes within the Rajasthan mining sector.

Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, revenue budgets, and growth projections.

Coordination: Work closely with logistics, site operations, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely client deliveries.

Required Skills & Competencies Functional: Strategic selling, solution selling, key account management, territory management, and contract negotiation.

Industry Acumen: Robust working knowledge of mineral/mining operations, heavy industrial equipment applications, or regional supply chain dynamics.Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, high ownership, and result-oriented.

Willingness to travel frequently to remote mine sites and industrial plants across India.

Salary 20-40K (Negotiable)
