Live-In Warden – Nanny AccommodationWe are looking for a responsible, caring, and well-organized Live-In Warden to supervise and look after nannies staying at our accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the daily routine and well-being of the nannies.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and proper hygiene within the accommodation.
- Ensure nannies follow the assigned house rules and timings.
- Coordinate with the management regarding attendance, leaves, requirements, and any concerns.
- Help resolve minor issues among nannies and maintain a peaceful environment.
- Keep track of arrivals, departures, and overall accommodation occupancy.
- Ensure the accommodation is kept clean, protected, and properly maintained.
- Communicate important instructions from management to the nannies.




- Report any serious issues or emergencies to management immediately.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a warden, hostel, caretaker, supervisor, or similar role preferred.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Responsible, patient, and approachable personality.
- Ability to handle multiple people and maintain discipline.
- Must be willing to stay on-site as a Live-In Warden.
- Basic knowledge of Kannada/Hindi/English would be an advantage.
