Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Female Telecaller to join our team in Indiranagar, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Explain company products/services to customers.

Follow up with leads and potential customers.

Maintain customer information and call records.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Resolve basic customer queries professionally.

Coordinate with the sales team and provide regular updates.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of telecalling/telesales experience.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Kannada/Hindi/English communication will be an advantage.

Positive attitude and customer-handling skills.

Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
