- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Skills Required: Positive communication, team handling, leadership, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives, depending on previous package and experience

- Preference: DRA-certified candidates will be preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assign collection allocations to team members, including Field Agents and Tele-calling Agents, based on their expertise and workload.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics, including collection rates, call volumes, and customer handling.
- Provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members on negotiation and customer-handling techniques.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.




- Address team conflicts and employee concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze account data to identify high-risk accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries related to debt collection.
- Negotiate suitable payment plans with customers to support timely recovery.
- Educate customers about their payment obligations and the consequences of non-payment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor team activities to ensure ethical collection practices and process compliance.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, collection metrics, outstanding amounts, and customer feedback.
- Present performance updates, observations, and recommendations to senior management.
