We are looking for a confident, polite and responsible Female Telecaller / Customer Enquiry & Sales Executive to handle customer calls and enquiries generated through our YouTube, WhatsApp and other platforms.

- Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the right product.
- Explain our products, sizes, specifications and pricing clearly.
- Share product details, photos and quotations with customers on WhatsApp.
- Take and record customer orders accurately.
- Follow up with interested customers and pending enquiries.
- Maintain customer and order records.
- Coordinate with the team regarding stock, orders and dispatch.
- Ensure every customer receives a polite and professional response.
- Handle missed calls and call customers back on time.




- Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
- Basic English understanding is preferred.
- Polite, confident and patient while talking to customers.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer/mobile applications.
- Willingness to learn about our products and business.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills and are willing to learn.
