Job Responsibilities

* Process and pack daily orders from Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart & Rooh Amer website.

* Print invoices, shipping labels and manage dispatches.

* Handle returns, RTOs, exchanges and shipment tracking.

* Manage basic Shopify and marketplace computer work.

* Maintain inventory and order records on Excel/Google Sheets.

* Handle customer calls, WhatsApp and online queries.

* Resolve customer issues and coordinate with courier partners.

* Ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
