Key Responsibilities

* Handle *incoming and outgoing calls* related to HR, recruitment, interviews, and candidate enquiries.

* Make a high volume of *outbound calls to prospective candidates* and invite suitable candidates for interviews with respective organizations.

* Ensure *maximum candidate mobilization* as per hiring requirements.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date *daily call status, calling records, candidate details, and follow-up status*.

* Coordinate and confirm *daily walk-ins and interviews* with candidates.

* Conduct regular *follow-ups with candidates* regarding interview schedules, attendance, selection status, and joining.

* Maintain regular follow-up with *client companies/organizations* regarding recruitment requirements and candidate status.

* Collect and provide *regular feedback from new organizations* and maintain proper records.





* Coordinate with the *Business Development Team* to schedule and confirm client appointments.

* Support the recruitment team in achieving *candidate mobilization and hiring targets*.

* Maintain professional communication with candidates, clients, and internal team members.

* Meet assigned daily/monthly calling and candidate mobilization targets.

* Valuable follow-up and convincing abilities.

* Basic knowledge of *MS Office / Excel* and maintaining calling records.

* Ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
