Key: This is an exclusive consultant opportunity with NSPL. The role is specifically for supporting NSPL’s collection projects and legal requirements.

Role Overview





NSPL is looking to engage a Senior Advocate to support its collection projects and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements. The candidate will handle litigation, recovery matters and provide legal support across collection-related cases.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle collection and recovery-related legal matters.
- Represent NSPL before appropriate courts and legal forums.
- Handle Section 138 and other recovery proceedings.
- Draft and review legal notices, petitions, applications, replies and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and strategy for collection and recovery cases.
- Coordinate with courts, external advocates and internal stakeholders.
- Track case progress and ensure timely legal action.
- Handle matters relating to DRT, SARFAESI and Arbitration.
- Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance.
- Eligibility2–10 years of post-qualification experience as an Advocate.
- Mandatory: Karnataka Bar Membership.
- Kannada-speaking local candidate / Kannadiga preferred.
- Strong litigation and recovery experience.
- Section 138 experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in DRT, SARFAESI and Arbitration is an advantage.
