Job Description

An experienced and highly motivated Senior Design Development Engineer is required to join the EV Motorcycle RD team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical design expertise, advanced CAD capabilities using SolidWorks , and a deep understanding of engineering fundamentals, material selection, manufacturability, design validation, and problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Product Design Development
- Engineering Analysis Problem Solving
- Prototype Development Validation
- Design Quality Release Management
- Documentation Data Management
- Cross-Functional Collaboration

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product design and development.
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design, materials, manufacturing processes, GDT, tolerance analysis, and product development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in EVs or electric motorcycles.
- Exposure to battery integration and vehicle systems.
- Understanding of electronics, embedded systems, controls, CAN communication,



or IoT systems.
- Experience with simulation and CAE tools.
