- Daily responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating with internal engineering, project, design, planning teams to align offerings with client needs.
- The role involves market research, competitor analysis, bid participation, and regular site visits or client meetings to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Keep abreast of the nature of projects in Odisha any part of India.
- The individual will also monitor project pipelines, maintain accurate sales records, and contribute to strategic planning to support revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
- Secure business from major clients, corporates, and government bodies in the region.




- Stay ahead of competitors through market intelligence and proactive business strategies.
- Maintain updated records of competitors (both large and small) and use insights to strengthen company s operational overall business performance.
- Develop and sustain a solid network with leading clients, architects, PMCs other industry stakeholders.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper management of letters of credit for ongoing projects.
- Lead training and development initiatives for the HO team to enhance market responsiveness and capability.
