- Relevant safety certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Ensure overall safety and security compliance within the mall premises.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of common areas, shops, service areas, parking areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Monitor compliance with fire safety, emergency preparedness, and occupational safety procedures.
- Conduct regular checks of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire alarms, emergency exits, and other safety equipment.
- Ensure all emergency exits, fire exits, and escape routes are accessible and clearly marked.
- Coordinate fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, and safety awareness programs.
- Identify potential hazards and take corrective/preventive action.
- Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions and maintain proper records.




- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams on safety-related matters.
- Ensure contractors, vendors, and mall staff follow prescribed safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with fire rescue, ambulance, police, and other emergency services when required.

- Maintain safety inspection reports, incident reports, drill records, and compliance documentation.
