Job Description

We are looking for a Shift In-Charge to join our footwear manufacturing unit. This role is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates to kick-start their careers in production management. Candidates with a BTech in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma are encouraged to apply. The Shift In-Charge will be responsible for managing production related activities, coordinating with the manpower, generating reports, maintaining stocks, performing preventive maintenance activities, and managing spare inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure that production schedules are met.
-Manage and optimize production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
- Supervise and coordinate with the production workforce to ensure that they follow all protocols and produce high-quality products.

-Generate daily and weekly reports on production activities, including progress and any issues that may arise.




- Maintain accurate records of stock inventory and ensure that there is sufficient stock for production requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure that all equipment is in good working order.

Qualifications:

- Btech/ Dilpoma Mechanical/ITI
- 1+ year experience or freshers can apply.
- Knowledge of lean, six sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement
- Proficient in google sheets, ERP, data analysis
- Strong leadership problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time

Location: Calicut

Pay: 1,80,000 - 2,16,000 per year
