The work

Your week, roughly

- Own organic performance across rankings, sessions, and revenue-attributed traffic
- Plan and execute on-page SEO across product, collection, and content pages
- Run technical audits covering site speed, crawlability, indexation, and schema
- Collaborate with paid teams to align on high-intent queries and landing page performance
- Build keyword and content strategies aligned to the purchase funnel
- Bonus: support CRO initiatives and contribute to Shopify or WordPress development tasks where needed.

The fit

What we are looking for

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on SEO experience
- D2C or ecommerce experience is mandatory
- Strong grasp of technical SEO, on-page fundamentals, and keyword research.



Familiarity with tools like Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog
- Agency experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and Google s auction dynamics
- Knowledge of CRO principles and Shopify or WordPress development is a strong bonus
- Explicit communication and ability to work across brand and content teams
- Kolkata based preferred

Compensation

What you will be paid

INR 30,000 to INR 50,000 per month, with performance-linked incentives based on capability and outcomes.
