- Requirement Gathering Analysis : Gather and analyse business requirements from clients and stakeholders, understand existing processes, identify gaps and automation opportunities, and translate business needs into clear, validated functional, non-functional, integration, reporting, security, and workflow requirements.

- Scope Definition Requirement Management : Define and manage project scope, modules, features, workflows, roles, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations; maintain requirement traceability, clearly identify scope,



assumptions, dependencies, and constraints, and evaluate additional requirements for Change Requests to prevent scope creep and unnecessary rework.

- Functional Documentation : Prepare and maintain functional documentation including BRD, SRS, FRS/FSD, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, RTM, Process Workflow Diagrams, Role/Permission Matrix, Screen Field Specifications, Integration Report Requirements, UAT, Change Requests, MOMs, and Requirement Clarification Logs, ensuring requirements are clear and detailed enough for development and testing.

- Process Mapping Solution Design : Analyse existing business processes and design improved software-driven workflows, including approval hierarchies, escalations, exception handling, notifications, alerts, and role-based access, while collaborating with technical teams to ensure feasibility and identify opportunities for automation, digitisation, integration, and data optimisation.

- Wireframe Prototype Coordination : Prepare or coordinate wireframes, prototypes, screen flows, forms, dashboards, and navigation structures, define screen-level fields, validations, actions, statuses, and business rules, and conduct client walkthroughs to ensure UI/UX designs align with approved requirements before development

- Development Team Coordination : Coordinate with developers, designers, database teams, testers, and Project Managers to communicate approved requirements, conduct walkthroughs, resolve functional queries, clarify business logic, workflows, validations, dependencies, and acceptance criteria, and track requirement-related risks and dependencies.

- Functional Testing Quality Validation : Review and validate developed modules against approved requirements, including workflows, calculations, forms, reports, dashboards, business rules, permissions, and integrations, identify functional gaps,



and coordinate with QA teams for test scenarios, defect clarification, validation, and closure.

- User Acceptance Testing UAT : Prepare and coordinate UAT scenarios, acceptance criteria, and client testing, track observations, clarifications, and pending points, communicate approved changes to the development team, ensure timely closure, and obtain stakeholder sign-off wherever applicable

- Change Request Management : Evaluate additional requirements against the approved scope, prepare Change Requests (CRs) with functional, effort, timeline, dependency, and commercial impact, coordinate necessary approvals with management/project teams, and ensure CR implementation begins only after required approvals.

- Client Stakeholder Management : Act as a functional SPOC for assigned projects, conduct client meetings, requirement workshops, demonstrations, and review sessions, maintain MOMs and action items, and coordinate with stakeholders for requirements, approvals, master data, integrations, UAT, and sign-offs while maintaining professional client communication

- Data, API Integration Analysis : Analyse master and transactional data, data mapping, APIs, third-party integrations, ERP/HRMS, biometric systems, payment gateways, OCR/AI services, and external platforms, while defining data migration/import-export requirements and ensuring appropriate validation, audit trails, and data security.

- Reports, Dashboards MIS : Analyse business reporting needs and define MIS reports, dashboards, KPIs, filters, drill-downs, exports, and analytical requirements, ensuring reports provide meaningful insights for effective business decision-making

- Project Risk Gap Identification : Proactively identify and communicate requirement gaps, missing business rules, unclear workflows, data and third-party dependencies, integration risks, scope deviations, delayed client inputs, functional gaps, UAT risks, and potential rework, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
