Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can create effective social media strategies, drive results for clients, and contribute to the growth of our agency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage social media handles for multiple clients.

Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns.

Create monthly content calendars for different clients.

Analyze channel performance and provide regular reports and insights.

Write compelling copy, headlines, captions, and campaign content.

Collaborate with creative teams on concepts, visuals, and campaign ideas.

Proof-check content before publishing.

Assist content teams with social media content requirements.

Monitor, listen, and respond to audience comments and queries.

Create content that drives engagement and conversations.

Track competitor activities and industry trends.





Use growth-hacking techniques to achieve brand objectives.

Recommend innovative digital and social media strategies.

Monitor campaign performance, benchmark best practices, and optimize results.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience managing social media accounts for multiple clients.

Strong experience in LinkedIn marketing and managing B2B brands/campaigns will be highly preferred.

Understanding of creating and executing impactful social media campaigns.

Previous agency and/or e-commerce experience preferred.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.

Professional demeanor with the ability to act as a brand ambassador.

Data-driven and analytics-oriented mindset.

Excellent command of the English language.

Experience in Influencer Marketing and/or Public Relations (PR) will be an added advantage.
