We are looking for an experienced SmartRecruiters Architect to design, implement, and improve SmartRecruiters solutions. The candidate should have strong experience in SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors, integrations, and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement SmartRecruiters solutions.
- Understand business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Manage integrations between SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors, EC, Onboarding, and third-party applications.
- Design recruiting workflows, approval processes, career sites, candidate experience, and reporting.
- Manage data migration, security, and governance.
- Provide technical support during implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Work closely with HR teams, recruiters, business stakeholders, and project teams.
- Manage stakeholders and provide solution consulting.
- Analyze issues and troubleshoot problems.

Required Skills

- 5-6 years of SmartRecruiters implementation and rollout experience.
- Mandatory certification in SAP SuccessFactors SmartRecruiters, Recruitment Management, and Recruitment Marketing by SAP.
- Knowledge of SF EC, Position Management, RMK,



and ONB integrations is an added advantage.
- Positive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
