Job Description Senior ServiceNow Developer Location: Bangalore (Mandatory) We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform and experience working closely with Project Managers to deliver enterprise-scale digital transformation programs. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. • Develop integrations between ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. • Build and enhance modules such as HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Integrations. • Collaborate with the Project Manager, business stakeholders, and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment support, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices. • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.



Required Skills & Experience • 7–12 years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development. • Robust experience in HRSD, ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs. • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday (HR integrations preferred). • Strong JavaScript, REST/SOAP API, and integration development skills. • Experience with Agile delivery, Git, and CI/CD practices. • ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred; CIS-HRSD is an added advantage. Preferred Experience • Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementation or migration programs. • Exposure to Banking, Telecom, Healthcare, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs). • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Location Requirement: Bangalore – Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
