- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, inventory control, picking and dispatch.

- Handle warehouse operations for raw materials, packing materials, finished tiles, consumables and engineering spares.

- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, bin management, material identification and systematic storage practices.

- Monitor daily inward and outward material movement and ensure timely availability of materials to production.

- Maintain accurate physical and system stock and conduct periodic cycle counts and stock verification.

- Investigate and resolve stock variances, shortages, excesses and damages.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Sales, Logistics, Finance and Maintenance departments.

- Plan and control finished goods storage and dispatch as per customer and sales requirements.

- Ensure proper documentation for GRN, material issues, transfers, dispatches and stock adjustments.

- Monitor warehouse space utilization and ensure optimum inventory levels and storage capacity.

- Ensure safe handling and storage of tiles, pallets, packaging materials and other warehouse items.

- Lead and manage warehouse manpower, including shift planning, attendance,



productivity and training.

- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety standards, SOPs and statutory requirements.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement and warehouse productivity enhancement.

- Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams for timely and productive dispatches.

- Prepare and monitor MIS reports, inventory reports, ageing reports, stock reconciliation and warehouse KPIs.

- Ensure proper housekeeping, pest control, fire safety and security of warehouse premises.

- Drive implementation and effective utilization of ERP/WMS systems for warehouse transactions and inventory accuracy.

Experience & Skills

- 1520 years of experience in Warehouse / Logistics / Materials Management.

- Preferably from Ceramic Tiles Industry.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations and logistics.

- Experience in ERP/WMS and warehouse automation systems.

- Good leadership, team management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety, 5S and process improvement.

- Good coordination and communication skills.
