Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager with 10–12 years of experience to lead and manage the organization’s human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete HR function and daily HR operations.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Develop employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.




- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
- Advise senior management on HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Lead and mentor the HR team.
- Promote a positive, professional, and productive workplace culture.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of proven experience in HR management.
- Solid knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing and mentoring an HR team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HR software.
