Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Study civil and structural drawings and ensure work is executed as per specifications.
- Calculate and derive steel quantity requirements from construction drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and material consumption data.
- Use AutoCAD for viewing, reviewing, and interpreting construction drawings.
- Update and maintain project-related data in Excel.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor material usage and report project progress to management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




- 2-3 years of experience in civil building construction projects.
- Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawing interpretation.
- Basic computer proficiency, especially MS Excel.
- Experience in steel quantity estimation and material planning.
- Willingness to work full-time at the project site.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or government building projects is preferred.
