- Responsibilities
- - - AI-Powered Application Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
- - - Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain modern web applications using Next.js for frontend and backend development, with Node.js-based services, APIs, integrations, and supporting application components.
- - - AI/ML Integration: Integrate AI capabilities, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, RAG-based solutions, and intelligent automation, into business applications wherever applicable.
- - - Application Architecture: Participate in designing application architecture, technical components, APIs, databases, authentication mechanisms, and integration patterns to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- - - Software Development Lifecycle: Take ownership of software development activities across the lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, coding, unit testing, integration testing, debugging, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- - - API & System Integration: Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services, AI platforms, databases, cloud services, and other enterprise systems.
- - - Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, reusable, modular, and well-documented code while following established coding standards, design patterns, security practices, version-control practices, and software engineering principles.
- - - Testing & Troubleshooting: Develop and execute appropriate unit and integration tests, identify defects, troubleshoot application and production issues, and implement effective corrective and preventive solutions.
- - - Performance & Scalability: Optimize application performance, responsiveness, resource utilization, API response times, and system scalability to support growing business and user requirements.
- - - Security: Implement secure development practices covering authentication, authorization,



API security, data protection, input validation, secrets management, and secure AI application development.
- - - Cloud & Deployment: Work with development and deployment environments and collaborate on CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, application deployment, monitoring, and operational support as required.
- - - Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture documents, API specifications, technical designs, deployment guides, and application documentation.
- - - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, UI/UX teams, QA engineers, DevOps/cloud teams, data/AI teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- - - Project Delivery: Contribute to project planning, estimation, sprint execution, prioritization, risk identification, issue resolution, and timely delivery of assigned technical tasks.
- - - Technical Roadmap: Participate in defining and evolving the technical roadmap, evaluate current technologies and frameworks, and recommend improvements that can enhance product capabilities, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- - - Research & Innovation: Continuously explore emerging technologies in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, cloud computing, and software engineering and evaluate their practical application to business requirements.
- - - Production Support & Maintenance: Monitor and maintain existing applications, analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
- - - Team Contribution: Share technical knowledge with team members, participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance where required, and contribute to improving development processes and engineering practices.
- - - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive activities, improve development efficiency, enhance application quality, and establish reusable components and frameworks across projects.
