- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors.

- Prepare a register and maintain the customer records.

- Answer phone calls, messages and e-mails.

- Understand the customers requirements and explain products and services.

- Generate leads and convert Inquiries into Sales.

- Co-ordinated with the house help for further services.

*Sales (Outdoor sales + Mapping)*

- Promote the company's products and services.

- Visit the Architects, builders, and interiors.

- Achieve monthly sales target.

- Conducts the site visit and customers meeting.

- Update daily visits report.

- Co-ordinated with the sales operation team.
