Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products as per drawings and quality standards.
Check dimensions and specifications using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge and other measuring instruments.
Identify and report defective/non-conforming parts and maintain inspection records.
Ensure proper segregation of OK, Rejected and Rework material.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain quality documentation, rejection records and inspection reports.
Support corrective actions and reduction of rejection/rework.
Follow company quality procedures, safety and 5S practices.
