Operations Executive

TEA INDUSTRY PREFERRED

Location: Kolkata | Full-time, In-person

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Executive with experience in tea packaging, food packing or FMCG operations. The role involves managing daily production, packing, stock and marketplace dispatches.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise tea blending, filling, packing and labelling at the production facility.

Ensure products are packed properly as per quality and hygiene requirements.

Prepare shipments for Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart and other marketplaces, including labels, cartons and documents.

Coordinate with delivery and logistics partners for dispatches and track deliveries.

Maintain stock records for tea, packaging material and finished products.

Conduct regular physical stock checks and report shortages or damaged stock.

Maintain daily production,



inventory and dispatch records in Excel or Google Sheets.

Solve day-to-day issues related to production, packing, inventory and dispatches.

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in tea packaging, tea production, food packaging or FMCG operations is preferred.

Experience with tea blending, pouch or jar filling, packing, labelling and batch-wise stock handling will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Organised, responsible and comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment.

Positive practical problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership.

Comfortable travelling within Kolkata to warehouses, production facilities or dispatch locations when required.
