Inside Sales Trainee / Telecaller (IST)

About the Role

The Inside Sales Trainee (IST) serves as the crucial first point of contact for prospective students and parents. This high-energy role focuses on top-of-the-funnel outreach, qualifying leads, and generating interest in our educational programs before passing warm prospects to the senior counseling team.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute a high volume of outbound calls to provided leads, inquiries, and database contacts.

Requirements:

Calling to students & parents by provided leads

Follow up on qualify leads

Maintain call record and update CRM

Reconnect with Old or inactive leads

-Lead Qualification

-Pitching: Deliver compelling, standardized pitches outlining the core advantages of the institution’s programs, courses, or certifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Any degree in any discipline (Freshers are welcome).

Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening.

Attributes: High resilience, target-driven mindset, and a positive attitude toward Work.

Language: Fluency in Kannada.

Salary: 16k - 18k + Amazing incentives
