- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Set and adjust CNC machines, tools, fixtures, and work offsets.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Load/unload components and monitor machining operations.
- Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
- Make basic tool offset and parameter adjustments when required.
- Identify machining defects and take corrective action.
- Maintain production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Record production and inspection details.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
