We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with applicable tax and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Knowledge of applicable tax and statutory regulations.
- Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred SkillsGST and TDS knowledge.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
