Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Quality Management: Own the entire quality lifecycle—covering inward (incoming), on-line (in-process), and outward (finished) goods manufactured for the auto-components industry.
- Standards Benchmarking & Implementation: Define and benchmark rigorous quality standards, translate them into actionable shop-floor processes, and oversee their successful implementation.
- Reporting & Documentation: Create comprehensive quality reports, track performance metrics, and document compliance across all manufacturing stages.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Promptly identify, investigate, and report quality deviations to internal management and external customers when issues arise.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Core Quality Principles: Solid foundational knowledge of Quality Management principles and methodologies.
- Problem-Solving Frameworks: Hands-on experience with root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action tools, specifically 8D and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
- Industry Context: Direct or transferable experience within the auto-components or a related precision manufacturing sector
