Manage complete workshop and service operations, including tyre fitting, alignment, balancing and alloy services. Lead the service team, monitor productivity and targets, ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints, maintain service quality and coordinate with Sales, CRM, Stores and Accounts. Drive operational efficiency, SOP implementation and business growth.
Experience: 10–15 years in automobile service/workshop operations.
